I have a tip when washing cashmere or silk and cashmere or new wool, or cotton and cashmere or 100% wool always use woolite it smells so good or one made for wool. also place your spin cycle on 600 not the full 1200 that is on ours here in England. delicate cashmere can not take strong detergents and it will make holes in your beautiful cashmere jumpers, cardies , which over time will ruin it I know cause I forgot over the years not too use regular washing detergent and it has completely ruined my Beautiful 100% blue cashmere sweater or jumpers { as we call them in England} which broke my heart cause my mommy gave it to me it is smaller to then when I got it really smaller . so look after your beautiful woollens and they will keep beautiful for ever PRO_PEACE MELISSA HANCOCK
